Emergency Procedures

In the event that a homeowner experiences sewage backing up into their premises due to issues with SDCA’s main sewer line in the street, they are instructed to call the Authority office during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

If the back-up occurs outside of normal business hours, weekend, or holiday, the property owner is instructed to call 911 to explain the issue. Our contractor will respond to the call.

REMINDER:

Do not flush disposable wipes, as they do not dissolve as advertised. This could cause a sewer back-up into your home.
